Little update people,had to repot my auto mazar as she was been attacked by fly larve,found a load in the lower soil and found they where coming from my hurb garden near my setup IV also repotted my basil and mint and cleaned every where just to be safe,I was told not to worry to much about it but I'd rather be safe then sorry just hoping she likes her new bigger home as IV gone from a cup to a 3 ltr pot she's got blood and fish bone top dressing so should help hopefully let me know if it sound like I'm doing anything wrong people going to let the soil dry a bit more before I feed her 
Letting that top layer dry completely before watering again is important and you’re already on top of it, good job. If the gnats get worse there are some easy controls that you can try but letting that top layer dry out is a proper first step. Your plants will love that as well.

@monkeydo yh man hopefully it's all clear nw fingers crossed I got worried soon as I seen lil larvae running around in the top i wanted to eventually change its pot any way so I'm glad it happened nw instead of when I rehomed
