Found some of these bugs on some leaves of one of our plants.
Need some help identifying this.

I’m not seeing any wings so that eliminates a lot but the photo is too blurry for a positive ID. This is my best guess so far
This is a type of hopper but it has wings and your’s does not look like it has wings.
