Discussion on treatment and control of fungus gnats comes around periodically on the forum and as I just restocked my own solution. Thought I’d post the product here for anyone interested. I use “mosquito dunks” in my fertigation solution and there simply aren’t any more gnats in my tent. The dunk contains bacillus thuringiensis israelensis, a biological control that is effective against fungus gnats. I mix a 3 day res when I mix and just transfer the floating and very slowly dissolving dunk to the new res every refill. One dunk makes it all the way through a run for me and I never see a single gnat this way.

Nice Monkey.
There is a similar product used for caterpillars with a strain called Bacillus thuringiensis kurstaki (commonly called BTK). Make sure you get the strain that Monkey mentioned as the BTK won't work for the gnats. It's also usually more common than its kurstaki cousins so, read your labels!
