Hi there, I have found some little white bugs on some of my plants. I’m an outdoor grower in Australia. After reading the bug section, not quite sure what they are or best way to treat them? I can see some white residue on the base of the plant, and a few white bugs which leap away when you try to touch them. Any ideas anyone??

@macky hi bro, if they come back I caN get a photo. I had them in pots in the bush next to my house. I kinda just chased off the bugs that lept off like flea’s. there were only a couple of bugs on a couple of plants. I have now moved the plants out of the bush (woods) and they are now back near the house. I will keep an eye out for those little critters 👍
I’ve seen a ton of springtails this year everywhere. Originally I was concerned they would get into my grow but if they did they were harmless.

Sounds a lot like springtails to me as well. I have a ton of em in my CBD Charlotte's Angel pot right now too. They go psycho every time I water, bouncing around like white fleas. Being primarily detritivores (i.e., they only eat decaying plant shit) makes them very harmless tho, like Monkey said. Those are AUS s'tails tho so, maybe super venomous. 😳 Or maybe they eat birds like that crazy goliath spider mafk. 😳 😳
