Noticed these this morning any idea what they are and how I can get rid of them I've looked through the whole plant and removed any I could find she's in preflower now just put out her first white pistols and is starting to grow pompoms

You got caterpillars lol . I get them all the time .
I don't spray but I keep an eye out for them
The biggest sign is leaves stuck together and curled up leaves. There usually is a caterpillar in between.
I crush them lol be careful cos they jump off the leaf and sometimes leave a Web thing which they use to climb back
Keep vigilant and crush them
Make sure they don't get into your buds as they eat the stem and kill your bud

Just got to keep a look out for the signs . The worst is when they get into your buds and kill it by much the stem .

the problem with these critters is that they poop everywhere around your buds and if you don't remove it mold will come for sure an quickly as well. Thats what happened to mine at least.
@mr-buddster thanks for the heads up man u got me paranoid now gonna give them a look over this evening I'll make sure to keep a eye out for that also damn bugs think I might just kill the plant nuke the tent and start again
@drevol it takes a little looking and learning but if you look very closely and carefully you can start seeing any eggs laid on the plant. They are usually round balls abound a half millimeter to a millimeter in size, depending on the species

@monkeydo I've had a look over couldn't find any more cattapillas gonna go grab a magnifying glass and give them another once over tonight thanks for the advice I wouldn't of thought to look for eggs I recall seeing some little balls I assumed they where poop they where removed any way

@monkeydo thanks bro did a leaf inspection today found another cattapiller and a few eggs also noticed some tiny bugs patrolling some leafs I'm assuming there spider mites just followed the instructions on neem oil and give her a blasting hope she makes it through she's in early flower so hope it doesn't fuck shit up
I also cleaned the full tent fans lights out side of pots and trays with isopropyl alcohol if that doesn't get rid I give up might just kill the crop and start again can't be arsed fighting bugs it my own fault I was warned not to take plants outside then bring them back in to the tent lesson learnt the hard way
