I made with lye and canola oil and water.

I have not made or heard of this one. I have been making Jadam using the potato, water with sea salt and soil collected with microbes from decaying plant material. It produces the Lactic Acid Bacteria, the same as the rice water rinse does. That's what I thought you were making when you said Jadam, I haven't heard of your method but I also only looked up what pertained to me.  

I recently just got into soil so all this is new to me. I can't use this stuff in hydro, so I switched to soil and have a whole other world to learn about now.

I may not be cutout for this soil stuff, we'll see. lol 

@monkeydo    Congratulations.  I cant wait to see if I get seeds.  Mine will be regular.  One day I hope to get feminized.  I will be mixing my own STS.  But I have so many projects in my head I will run before this.  I am probably a year off of masculinizing a female.

You essentially made lye soap.

I thought that looked familiar, but when I see Lye and Plants together it's not a good thing for me. lol

Here's a pic of my selective pollination of the OG Kush with that pineapple Express, I think I see seeds

It looks like we have good reversal starting up. This is a Gruber Hans plant and you can see the balls. Other sites are also beginning to flip. It’s somewhat common to see some pistils when the balls begin to show and they usually dry up and give way to the male flowers.

All three of these show some pistils but they also are showing some balls and in another spraying they should flip to be more male. Beside the Gruber Hans there is a Nakatomi Plaza being reversed for seed making. These would be fantastic partners to the extra females I have but alas, no space to grow them out. There are a few smaller plants growing that will be used to make seeds. A micro seed making run can still produce hundreds of seeds so that’s the plan.

Well here's my not too successful transition from female to male using STS and a touch of CS (for the last spray) on this Lemon Tree strain.

Only the very bottom sites have reversed and I've been spraying from the top down.  

The pods don't look viable from here but maybe they'll work. It's still has a lot of female flowers on her but I don't see any pistils or very few of them so that could be a factor too.

Here's the main cola that has been sprayed from day one and not a pod in sight. The jury is still out on this one. Maybe it's the strain but I started spraying her on May 1, that six weeks ago and an entire bottle of STS but maybe not enough soap. WTFK's

Well next time I'm trying a different angle. 

@monkeydo Congrats!  What method did you use?  How often did you spray?

@johnehaze homemade STS spraying every 5 days for six applications. Once you figure this out it’s really fairly easy.

@monkeydo thanks for the info.  I like to hear from people who are successful.  I'll try in a couple grows

@woodi2 all I can say is go with it. Sounds simple but early on it looked like there wasn’t much or even any pollen. I got teased a bit about me literally pushing the male/female flowers together but it worked to the tune of thousands of seeds. Keep the faith and stay on course. Adapt as you see the need. I see many feminized seeds in your future
