I heard this recommended by the legendary breeder Mean Gene …
to help manage pollen spread, put a little pollen u collected on a small tray.
Place the tray inside a lockable plastic bag.
use your finger tip (not a brush) to take a ‘dab’ of pollen and pollinate the selected individual flower/ flowers.
remember all fans should’ve been turned off prior to this stage.
Once pollinated I like to cover the bud site with a fastened paper bag to stop any pollen spread. After 3 days I remove the bag. Not sure if mean gene does this bit? But it works well for me
here is pics of micro pollinations I recently did on an ESB f2 (fluer du mal) using a Cheeze n Chaze male (C&C is Super silver sour D Haze x exodus cheese from Connoisseur Genetics)
other is a super silver sour diesel haze with a smudge of pollen from a male lambsbread x blue mountain f4 from quik seeds
Use the pollen-on-a-tray-in-a-bag -tech for your micro seed making projects and keep your sensi, sensi ☺️

How many seed you think you will get from a bud that size?
remember the guess the seeds in the bud comp? it was a lower bud of about a gram and had nearly 100 seeds in it.. 1 branch maybe up to 300 seed but we'll see.. enough for now
