Hi guys a quick question. How long do u keep a plant in veg after you have topped them. Or do u flip em to flower straight away. Thanks in advance guys n gals

Give it about a week just to recover from any stress and then flip they when you're ready mate. I usually flip a good couple of weeks after topping, just to get the plants a decent size.

Thanks man. I didnt understand it fully lol. Just jumped right in. So im to leave her settle for a bit then before flipping. Thanks man thats loads off my mind
You could really flip whenever you like after the plant bounces back and gets to a size you like! You could also keep on topping and make that plant a monster, if you wanted to.

Id have to learn how to top anymore lol. Im not sure how its supposed to look or how it should be before the flip. I got lots of research to do lol
Iv topped a plant 2 days after I flipped it and I never noticed any slowdown in the growth. The plant that's in my shower now was topped 39 times in 12 hours and that was just at the start of flower and she maybe stretched 1 or 2 inches max, but that could just been her finishing her stretch I dont know but it had very little if any effect on her either.
It probably is better to follow the main story of wait a few days or a week before flipping but in MY little world if the nodes are level im going to be topping whenever I want because iv never noticed any difference.
But I dont care if I fuck things up either so thats also something to be considered 😆

If you dont top it there will be 1 bud site near the light, but after you top it there will be 2 bud sites near the light instead of just 1 because there's a bud site at each side of the branch where you top them.
I should add that I wouldn't normally do a mass topping like I did, it was just because most of my budsites got all fucked up with too much heat or something and they would have ended up like bugger all, so I thought seeing as the other plant I topped after flip did ok I would try the same with this one because I had nothing to lose anyway.
Plus if I didn't try it I would never know what would happen, and I was kinda surprised how well she handled it.lol
