Questions Rock phosphate in liquid bloom formula

Hey all.  I noted the nute series i picked up (Roots Organic) has rock phate in the bloom bottle.  Info ive found online says rock phosphate is slow release, but none of that is specific to the liquid formula.  Everything else in all the nute mixes is available immediately.  Anybody have any feedback on this?

I also have considered topdressing with a little seabird guano (0-12-0) early in the flowering stage.  Is this a reasonable approach for a substitute?

Thanks for your input.

@davetg01, I'm too new to organics to help but I will pay attention to this post. I'm looking at Kelp for P, but I could be wrong. Looking for something that I can water in.

I thought Kelp was high-ish in K?  There are several species used though.  Bone meal, sometimes alfafa meal, seabird guano and fish meals/extracts, and crab shell meal are some non-mineral sources of P ive seen.  Expect the birds eat the fish. 🦀🦤 i would thing compost to have some as every plant composted has some in it.  Just dont know how much.

Expect other manures/guanos likely have some P too.
