Hi! Has anyone come across this before. I dropped this Original Big Buddha Cheese seed in soil on Tuesday night and I appear to have twins. 🀣

Yes I have this year. About half way through veg one started to Hermi (every other branch was showing Β male parts) . I had to chop the on that did a keep a close Eye on other . And at the end of veg on other side it starts showing male parts also. I was bummed. Β I should kept it right from the start and moved it to my daughters house just to see what happens.Β

@philmebowls yeah that sounds like a bit of a pain. My sensible head says just get rid of it but my curious mind wants to see what it will do.

This happened to me on my very first grow this is going back about 6 years but after much reading online I read that they would compete for nutrients so chopped one of them, again this was 6 years ago alot of bro science about. Plus I think we all got over cautious of our first grows

@mr_bud yeah my feeling is it will just compete with the main one and cause problems.

If it were me, I would cull the smaller one. veggie and flower gardeners often plant multiple seeds and then cull the weaker ones when they sprout. This selects for the stronger one.Β  Bon chance!

Yeah ive had that but that is rare i would say. Trifoliates are much more common atleast in my seed gene pool 😁

If u are familiar for example replanting very small tomato seedlings, then u can dig those up and separate them/ see where they grow. Cannabis is hardier than those wimpy tomato seedlings. Also u can let it be it will probably wither under the stronger one.
