I believe you have a ph issue here. Unfortunately im not too knowledgable on soil growing or fixing ph issues in soil. Hopefully someone will come along soon to offer more productive advice... 🙏

Are any leaves starting to show browning on the edge? If so, I am guessing this may be a potassium deficiency. A soil test could rule it out/in -- the K in the NPK is potassium . If you need potassium, you can add it with a little wood ash, or banana peels (probably not practical for a top-dressing), or kelp tends to have a lot of potassium. Here is an article from @macky

If it were me, I would see what a soil test says before adding to the soil, but I would go ahead and give them all a foliar spray of epsom salts when the lights go off.

No it’s just on the one plant it’s on top so should I water with cal meg
@Misher21 I’ve seen similar issues in soil that were caused by over watering which can cause some Cal/Mag issues.

Hey, @Misher, I looked more closely at your photos and I am thinking you may also be low on magnesium. It looks like you have leavse starting to turn yellowish-green with green veins remaining -- is that right? If so, I bet a light epsom salt spray (when lights go off) will green up those yellowing leaves in a day or two (I'd even water a little into the soil, too). If you have had some heavy growth recently, you might be running out of nutrients and need to top-dress. Cannabis can be hungry feeders.
