7 weeks clean off the ciggies myself. 30yr smoker so it was a mammoth task just thinking about quitting. Changed to nicotine vapes and haven't had a cigarette since. And in all honesty the vapes are getting too sweet now and I'm not really liking them that much so think I'll just stop vaping when I've had enough and hopefully that'll be my days of nicotine addition all over and done with.
