Guernsey and Jersey are both moving forward with medical cannabis. Over 5,000 patient licenses have been issued in the last year. Efforts to pass full legalization have been started by activists.
They also have commercial cultivation and extraction.
Some say this may help efforts on the mainland that have been stalled, but nothing so far.
