Illinois is trying to limit testing for thc for new hires because it's legal. It would allow hiring even if you test positive.
It's called The Right to Privacy in the Workplace Act.
As usual, the morality "police" are opposing it.
@artmann here in NY bro since they legalized recreational the state no longer drug test state, county, and local municipal employees. It’s New York Labor Law 201-D they amended it when we legalized.

Unfortunately in the Deep South you can’t get away from those types and even though they are in the minority on this issue they still scream loudly and make lots of fuss over something that’s none of their business. If you can’t tell by the tone of this that I’m also not a fan of these closed minded noisemakers. Unless you are visibly impaired there should not be any concern of what you did after work yesterday or any other day imo.
