Yellow centers on new growth

So as an outdoor grower, I have some plants into new ground but made the mistake of not testing my soil first.  Everything seems to be going great EXCEPT all the plants have yellowed  in the center of every new growth, I mean banana yellow where the rest of the plant looks healthy.  At first I thought maybe it was something I added to the soil, but  some of these plants have had nothing added and show the same problem.   I have flushed them with water tested at 7ph. and added iron cleating, this seems to have helped a tremendous amount.  But there are still a couple that are struggling,  after taking a soil sample and flushing, the ph level of that sample tested at 8 PH.  Just wondering if there are any other tips you might have to correct this problem.  Maybe I`m off thinking a PH issue?

Cheers and thanks in advance.

I like my plants at 6ph tops. I’ll let one of the pros tell you about what you may be lacking in nutrients yellow sounds like nitro def or a stunted plant. I call them zombie clones because they will stay alive and flower but never grow because of acidic soil they were started in.  All my clones I start in the ground with a high phosphorus drink to help establish the roots for the first 3 weeks. Also dump a half gallon of milk per plant for the calcium which helps with nutrient uptake. Try this for a quick possible fix.

It is better to keep one’s mouth shut and let everyone think You’re a fool than to open it and prove them all right

thanks for the replies, figured it out. Had nothing to do with ph.   Neighbour sprayed when he said he wasn`t going to,  chemical burn. Half my crop toast.  fortunately I had enough clones held back and will be planting in a different location.

I think most are growing out of it, maybe an early pruning will encourage them. Was nice to see some new growth happening, hard to bury the neighbour when they are related ... lol

I’ve had ph problems for months. Zombie clones, funny but true. Seen many poor stunted plants. Still got something out them though. So here I am trying this put up an image. I’m sure macky can let me know where I’ve gone wrong 🤔Chocolate haze cutting. Just been flushed as very dark but coming along. Excuse the lights 😎
