Questions Why are they starting to look yellow and curled down?

Hi guys 

The girls were doing really well until the summer heat hit us for the past 2 days it’s been 42c-108f weather and it’s going to be above 100f the whole week, only yesterday the tent got 35c-95f  as I didn’t have a air conditioning setup so for 24hs the were on 35c. I did everything but couldn’t get it down and that’s with the lights on and outside temperature 42c, but I got a aircon setup which I picked up from marketplace cheap and it’s keeping temperatures at 27c -80f but for some reason today they look not happy, I don’t know if it was the feeding or should I water twice a day on hot day? I don’t know but their not looking too happy and I need help?

Thats quite a change, going from 42 down to 27. The plants might need a little time to adjust. I'd give them 24 hours at least to adjust. They look cold and that's because they used to be blazin hot.

they were in 35 for 24hrs until I got a aircon the next day , I place the aircon in the room across my lung room so the aircon is not even in the lung room it’s out the lung room, I have been keeping the temperature 27-30c in the tent,

what do you suggest I do ? Should I water twice when it gets real hot? How can I help them be comfortable? 

In coco you can water as often as you like. I’ve gone as high as 6 a day as an experiment. The plants should adjust to their environment given a little time. When temperatures are really high it’s best to feed lighter because the plant wants more water than feed. Just take small steps and they will adjust. 

Some of the pics look like the leaves are very light. It’s hard to tell sometimes because the lights can change the colors. If this is the case, an Epsom salts foliar application will help perk them up. If you decide to do it, be careful to follow procedure and dim the lights to prevent burns on the leaves from the drops

I do have epsom salt but don’t know how much to put or how to use it?

do you suggest I just give them ph water with added epsom salt, If I make 1L water how much salt should I put?

Their sleeping now lights off, and temperature is 24c humidity at 62% but outside temperature is one of the hottest day 43c , 

@sammah786 1 teaspoon per 3 litres, so about a third of a tea spoon per litre. 

Do this about 4 weeks after germination as this is when they start to suffer most. Coat the leaves top and bottom with a fine spray. Although you’ll hear different practices, I like to do this with lights off to avoid causing light burns from the water droplets magnifying the light. You could also either dim the lights or raise them up for this.

I like to spray again twice at flip to let them stock up for flowering too. It really helps minimize mid flower deficiencies

After a good 6 hours of sleep and 26c temp they are looking alive again, I haven’t added the salt yet cause I didn’t want to interrupt their sleep time but in few hours it’s their feed time so I might spray them with salt after dinner is that ok??

Yes they are looking good, number 2 is coming along really well even though it had a rough beginning and then I had to transplant it to a 1 gallon pot, I really didn’t think she was going to make it but look at the leaves now she has grown a lot. Now my question’ when do I transplant them to 1 gallon pot?  I wanted to move in to 1 gallon and then later on 5 gallon pot until harvest. or I can go straight in to 5 gallon, I don’t know what’s better for me? Also when should I top , Fim or Lst ? , I have never done this before so don’t know what’s better but I’m not scared to try.
