Well all the plants are trimmed up now! Uffda took some time

so here’s what I got so far on the 6 plants. Haven’t done a real aroma check but I’ll do that in a day or so

the BD1xSLH is pretty airy on the lower buds. Not really a plant to put through a bowl trimmer. I tried 🤦‍♂️ upper buds were pretty dense but not like rock hard, however top colas were solid

the leaves left on the buds were pretty wispy and thin got a decent trim but was a lot of snips 🤔 wasn’t bad but just every time I though I had them all I find another 2 😂😂

My suggestion on growing this plant would be to top the crap out of it to keep it shorter and train the heck out of it to get the buds to the light. Another thought would be to lollipop it up to the top 2-3 nodes. Get rid of all the lower stuff

now here is why I’m saying to top and train. This pheno gets tall! Not great to veg out for say over a month and then flip in a tent. If it were the only thing in the tent maybe, but I would definitely top

so this plant looked amazing and smelled great mostly lemon aromas or citrusy. However it is not super stinky in the dry, and I thought I may have screwed up the dry even though it pretty much ran 60/60 till the last few days where she would swing in the RH

now for the bad news for me 😑

I had to throw 3 top colas because of mold. They were the most dense and largest of the 6. I was super disappointed 😢 as they were so amazing!

I had 2 plants that were the stickiest. 1 was the tallest plant that I didn’t want to use for the next seeds and the other was the plant I had picked out because of size and smell. However that one wasn’t as stinky 😬

also I think I could have let them go a little longer

Was out and took some samples and tested them with the tcheck. Here’s the results

BDSLH1

1 26.7%

5 22.8%

7 20.7%

8 22.1%

9 26.1%

11 28.2%

I decided based on these results and some aroma to get rid of the 3 lowest number clones. So down to 3 plants to choose from to make more seeds! Also threw away one male and now have the male chosen. 

I also took 3.7g of plant 1 out for him to press. He hasn’t weighed the final product but here is a shot of that. Oh and #1 was the stickiest plant so that is why I took that to press.
