Greetings to the Percy’s community, I trust everyone is doing as well as one can in lockdown. My first ever documented grow just finished and is now safely curing in the cupboard. Walking out of the shadows and into the light was a very big deal for me and Percy’s has made me a better grower for it.
Being a real naive noob at Percy’s I even documented the run in the wrong place on the forum so if anyone brand new to the forum gets frustrated finding their way around, know that we all had a time that we were lost as well.
To celebrate this milestone Macky has allowed me to run a competition to guess the final harvest weight. The winner(s) will receive 6 of my handmade wooden pipes. These are my old school creations and are made from a single piece of wood that my smoking friends have been bumming off me for decades.

So here’s the challenge: I harvested the tops on Monday and the lowers were just a wee bit too moist still so they were allowed more dry time. The first day this was in jars curing:
The weight of these initial jars is between 110 and 150 grams so that might give you a vague idea of the density.
First challenge is guess how much is in these jars.

Second challenge, what is the final weight of this harvest.
My scale rounds off to the nearest gram so all guesses should be in whole numbers. If anyone uses a fraction it will be rounded to the nearest gram provided no one else has that number. The first person to post a guess owns that number and other entries with that same number will not count. You can only enter one guess per challenge. A couple of other requirements are:
1. Must have at least 10 posts to enter. If you don’t have ten you can easily have them before contest end so no excuses.
2. The user needs to have uploaded their own avatar on their account, not the default one and also entered a signature phrase in your user information. This helps all of us to know you a little better and it only takes a minute to do. If you don’t know how just ask please.
Contest entries will begin at noon BST on Thursday April 30 and the contest ends on May 14, 2020 at noon BST. The forum time stamps the posts so any entries outside of this window will not count. The prizes are being coordinated through Zombie Nation to protect everyone’s privacy and anonymity. Before the contest started, 4 photos were zipped and sent to Zombie Nation. 2 images show the first pull and together all 4 show the total. The photos will be posted on 5-14-2020 after I wake up lol, around 1 or 2 in the afternoon BST.

@macky Yes, I’ve been making pipes since I bought my first bag of weed I don’t know how many years ago. I couldn’t afford one and my dad had a good woodshop. The early ones were very crude but I’ve learned much over the decades and now have better tools than dad did. It’s interesting and heartwarming that people are interested in these. Must be some old stoners like me out there.
