As the auto flowers cure, and the outdoors ripen in their last few weeks
I have popped the next round for indoor #2
It was a no brainer to grow some of the seeds I won here from Dutch Passion ? ( thanks @macky ?)
So we are popping 2x Meringue 1x HIFI 4g and 2x blue wreck autos gifted from local company doing their thing.
Sprouting in solos and transplanting into 3 gal fabric pots loaded with Black swallow living soil Kis mix out if southern Ontario.
Growing under a 1000w philizon LED COB series.
The blue wrecks beans came from mister medicinal Canada where i purchased an organic nutrient series that I will be putting to the test. Young guy trying to start company so figured I'd give it a go and show some local support!
Also wanted to add, first time growing photos inside so will definitely be looking for guidance on timing and proper procedure. Open to solid feeding schedule suggestions as i think it was lack-of that made the autos not push to their fullest potential
Aw man, this is going to be really good. IMO photos are the way to grow. I'm kinda sorta kicking myself now for running these autos, as photos are so much more.. customizable.. haha. Just make sure you don't veg them longer than you need, the stretch during flower is really something... ?.
I am SUPER interested in that Blue Wreck too... might just have to get in contact with this Mr. Medicinal myself.

Nice man! Another grow from Ontario! Viva la Canadian cannabis culture. Sounds like a good plan you've got there. Do you have a tent? Or a closet or....cupboard? What house do they have?
I dont know if you have food yet but general organics biothrive has done incredible things for me

Those dutch passion seeds have already popped the tap root out! Strong genetics so excited
Oh yeah @colacody as for food, other then teas, will be using mister medicinals organic nutrient line. Organic concentrates for rooting, veg anand blooming. Will do some proper pics tonight. Localish guy trying to start up a biz so thought I'd show some support. Free seeds with purchase too so haha can't complain. Do plan to get some fox farm big bud at somepoint
That's awesome man. Always good to show support. Good to see organics going on strong....I like naturally derived ingredients....tastes better I think in the end. Well I'll be following right along for this one man. Excited to see the outcome. I just won some barneys farm seeds so I'm a have to be fast laning the tent project now!! Love this forum!
Ontario ppl rock lol yes I’m from Ontario as well.

Here is a pic of the tent! The hifi 4g is in the lead followed by meringue #1 ( numbering them for note taking haha). The blue wrecks didn't pop so I am germinating another one each of the Dutch passion. The vigorous growth of the other three made it a no brainer to do a full tent run . Shout out to @macky for the seeds!
She has stretched a lot, bring her close to the light, and add more breeze. gotta get that stem to strengthen itself

Yeah, I agree with Macky. For the first 2/3 weeks, usually up until I transplant into the 3 gal pots to move into the big tent, I keep my lights like 4" away from the tops of the seedlings.. keeps em short and stout to build up that stem strength. Fan is a good plan too - just a nice light breeze for the little ladies.

Thanks guys
Have them closer to light now and in direct line of the fan ?
itll pick up after a couple of days mate. With the breeze, it will work harder to build a stronger stem, and that will reduce the stretch asewll

Had to pop some more seeds. All but once just didn't make it. Despite replanting in softer soil.
So i bought some seedling mix. Filled solo cups bottom half the stronger soil the top half the seedling dirt. Rolled the seeds in endomycorrhizal powder after a 12 hour soak. Paper towel germination took 2 days!
Here we have them at day 4. The taller sprouts are the HIFI's. Have them under a CFL instead of the grow light . they seem to be haapy af now!
The one meringue that survived the first pop is green but still deciding what to do. At day 20 haha just going to see what it does.
Lovely, light soil and some microbes man, seedlings love it. Just dont water them for ages now lol
