Beautiful start. Be cool to see what the difference is with auto vs my photos! Grabbing a seat in this one!
Update on the purple punch auto. Tips showing a little too much feed still. Will be changing the solution tonight, will drop 50 ppm and see. Stats pretty much the same otherwise. Little bit o growth since last week. Will be using grow, bloom, micro and cal mag, possibly a tad bit of potassium silicate, if Macky oks 😀 . Other than that, hoping for another good week of growth. Thanks for checking in, any advice greatly appreciated.
Nicely done Gus!
Thanks guys, think shes coming into shape. Gave up on trying to bend the main cola down, too rigid it would seem.........don’t usually have that problem...........anyways, looking forward to watching her grow.
What do we think is happening here? Rust spots, and some yellowing seemed to happen quickly last few days or so. Same nutes as first post basically, grow, bloom, and micro, with 5 ml of cal mag added, 16L res. Approx 500ish ppm currently. Roots look white and healthy, thanks for any input growmies.
I suppose you’re right Cody, was a real test. Diagnose with no pics, a new expert level forum maybe hahaha.
These show it fairly well, thanks for looking man.
Looks like micro deficiency, manganese maybe. What’s the res ph for last day or so? Btw I’m not a dwc grower, I’m basing this on general hydro info but ph is relevant here.
Last couple of days ph rising a bit. 6.1- 6.4
Fresh res starts at 5.8- 6.0 which I have just changed this am. Thanks for the assistance guys.
This is what’s in the fresh mix
Copy that monkey, noted on the ph. Will ease it down in the next couple of days. Been a little tough keeping it under 6 lately, might need to adjust ppm/ec maybe?
Thanks for the Tag Monkey, ive missed this whole thing lol, sorry lads.
I would agree with a few things monkey has said here. Magnesium, and ph is and issue.
I would say this is a perfect time for a light spray of epsom salts. Foliar feed it to them 1 teaspoon of epsom salts per 3 l of water.
In the mean time, leave the res as it is now considering its fresh. Test it tomorrow and let me know the PPM/ EC, and the ph and we can figure out whats going on from there
If I need to be in a thread an I havent been, feel free to tag me or drop me a message with the link in chat, im around most the time. Things just get busy and I can over look things
All in all mate, the plants aint looking too bad, so dont get stressed yet 😉
Right on, leaving as is, will spray some Epsom as prescribed, a couple of hours before lights out. Until tomorrow gents, time for a tea and a toke! Thanks for taking the time to help guys.
Good luck on the grow gus, as u know loads of help here bro. All the guys in here are top drawer, but because there is always a but watch out for a guy called macky 😁
