@macky i havent ima see if nature will sort itsself out with no interference but to water maybe the bacteria and fungus is what we want in there with the natural mycos they eat each other and deposit the food the plant needs in return the plant will give off stuff they need i did more then i wanted to by mixing i think this is gonna be a nice to learn from and im really excited to see what happens are we all just so locked on to commercials and the hype that you need all this other stuff to have good yields or can we get same results of what nature gives  us with just a little back work

We have a small pond on the property and I was wondering about that dark sediment muck near the shoreline. It’s got to be full of all kinds of microbes. One question, how do you bring soil like that and prevent nad critters with it? Having only grown in coco I’m super careful about outside  pathogens entering the tent knowing without natural controls things can go bad very fast. Do you quarantine the grow first or just roll the dice and hope for the best?

Wow this is will be super interesting to watch!! 100% natural organic soil ? haha

I've been tempted to do this but my fear of mites is preventing me, I would reccomend looking at sourcing some preventative predatory mites ( likely some in the soil) but at least you know there is a line of defense at work!

If your in the states the amazing Dr Zymes is the best thing for the organic grows.

Looking good!

Looks like some good ole fertile Mo. soil,  Ive brought it in many times to start my garden plants and mix with some perlite. usually just make compost Teas for them until I replant outside.

Ill probably till my garden early this week, Good luck with your native soil grow
