I think Woolie recommended the Blueberry x OG Kush to me just before I made my first seed order shortly after I joined Percys, wearing on for a year ago now 😆 ... but im finally getting round to giving them a go, Im also going to be trying another Night Terror and like the Chinese im hoping it's a female this time 🙂
I soaked both seeds for a day and the Bongo Bulk was trying to escape the shell before I even got her in the paper towel 🤣
I put them in wet paper towels in polly bags and hung them up Monkey style in my weed cupboard
This was the Blueberry the next day so I potted her, infact that was yesterday come to think of it.lol
In my last grow with the first Night Terror seed not popping and the 2nd one taking a wee while I didnt have high hopes for this one but I was wrong again 😀
This was "her" this morning so in the pot she went
They're both in a cardboard box in my tent now so we'll just have to wait and see what happens next 🧐
@stootie wats with the OG. I see n hear loads of people growing it n selling it about ya. Is there anything too it or is it just a strain name.
@shirley-boi OG stands for “Original Gangsta,” coined by the crew of the hip-hop group, Cypress Hill. The story goes that in the 1990s, they discovered the OG Kush strain at a Grateful Dead concert. That's part of the lore at leastand not to be taken 100% haha 😉
It is a strain/lineage that is pretty mysterious. Some info online but everything is heresay from what I have seen.
@shonuff I was actually wondering that the other day, if OG in the plant name meant original gangster too or if it stood for something else like original genetics or some shit like that.
I didn't know it was a Cypress Hill term, I thought it would have been arould longer than that. Nice info mate 🙂
@stootie No clue exactly how true that is. And it has been around longer I think they just put it in the mainstream maybe? It's a convoluted story for sure.

@woolieback Nice I like the sound of that 😀 I think she's the fastest starter iv had so far too, I put the seed to soak maybe about tea time, I checked 12 hours later and the seed had sank to the bottom but I just left it in the water, I checked 6 hours later and she was splitting and the tap root was starting to poke out 😆 Iv got a few more strains here from bongo bulk iv not tried yet but im looking forward to trying this one, cheers bro 🙂
The Night Terror was up this morning so Iv got her under the light now too
They'll be bunking up with the other two ladys in the tent from now on 🙂

Temp 26c RH 55% im giving them some Fish Mix now and then. Iv got them on a 20/4 light cycle, some days it's 19/5 though 😆
The kush is 1 week old today and the terror is about a day younger but almost the same size now

I kinda wish I had ordered smaller pots like 1-2 litre and potted them up into them because in reality I dont have room for this many big pots on the go at once 😆
I kept the big plants next to the door so I can turn them round easier for even light coverage, I might try them all in my small tent tomorrow and see how it all fits in there, I dont like having the heater so close to them. But it wont be for long because the shower will be empty in a few weeks. But I'll be wanting to pop more seeds then too 🤣 Thanks for the look 🙂

I put the heater and all my other shit up high in my room. I know your situation is diff and it maybe a little diff to do. If I couldn't do a shelf, I'd try and hang that heater from the ceiling with wire or something. Just move the plants out of the way first and make sure it's secure before walking away. LOL I dropped a 6" in-fan on one the other day, sorry. that's gonna leave a mark. 🤣 You'll make them fit somehow!

Hanging the heater is a fucking good idea, I never thought about that. The other week when I was thinking about heater positioning tho, I was looking at my heater standing next to my pots of earth and wondered If I should raise my heater so it's level with the actual plant/the top of the pot, instead of heating the soil so much because the sun doesn't heat about 1ft of soil below the ground like what im doing in my shower.lol It probably wont be good for the worms if the soils too hot either.
It's a very small room my tents in so I might even get away with having the heater outside the tent, I'll see how I get on with it today, but hanging the heater is a good shout, that would solve the problem instantly, depending on how fast I get it done 😆 I dropped my little 6" desk fan on one of my plants one time too, luckily it only ate one leaf.lol Thanks man 🙂 👍

@woodi2 🤣 The old Bangkok whore house is doing alright now, I just got the ladys to change position and there's still room for the heater in the corner of the brothel, but im finding a strong stink of fish, shouldn't a brothel smell of soup 🤔
Since I put the other two big pots in there iv had to turn the heater off because the heat from the light is keeping it about 25c so thats near enough for me. It must be because theres less space under the light now that the temps higher, so I just turn the heater on when I switch the light off and it's working fine.
I want these ones to stay small for a week or 3 yet.lol 🙂

The temp is lower than should be and the RH is too high but it's doing ok, I have weed drying in the tent next to this one so im using this tent and a dehumidifier outside the tents to adjust the temp and RH in the other tent and it's doing pretty good so far.
I love the structure of the Night Terror, it's so bloody thick and easy to work with. Iv eventually got a few wires put on them but I dont have much spare time or space to do much with them.lol
My Black Bomb clone stays in there too and all three of them are ready for flipping, I wasn't realising these two were this old. But I was wanting to take a clone of the Night Terror incase it's a female because I still want to make fem seeds, but I just dont have room. I'll see what happens.lol

I flipped all three plants in the tent tonight and I moved my seedling into the cupboard that I started growing in. They wont be getting any smaller so I thought I might as well get them moving towards the exit a bit faster.lol
I dont have any pics because I just decided to flip them tonight when I was switching off my other light 🙂 👍
@stootie, it's now documented so you won't forget. One less thing to have to store in the old brain pan. Save that for the important stuff like where did I put my weed and other important stuff. 😆

Im trying to take a bit more care of this one but she's not as tidy as she should be, I think I'll put her in the shower instead of the Black Bomb when there's a space available. They could really do with a tent each.lol
