@brular I’m going to agree with monkey that the first ones is pest related. Looks very similar to when I have spider mites.

That looks very bug like. First impressions would be thrips. Could also be spider mites. One safe and easy treatment is to spray the entire plant with very strong black tea. The caffeine will kill the bugs but won’t harm people at all. Sometimes it takes a few applications but it does work. Be sure to spray both sides of the leaves till she’s dripping. Strong black coffee works as well.

@brular that pic looks a little out of focus. I can’t tell anything from that view other than you might have a small calcium deficiency. If that’s what you’re worried about it’s usually caused by an imbalance, either too much or too little calcium and/or magnesium. It can also result from too much nutrients in the media locking out calcium. Unfortunately there’s not a “one size fits all” calcium deficiency fix. Here’s a graphic of how calcium is influenced by other nutrients

Most of the time adding a bit of cal/mag fixes the problem in soil unless your nutrient level is sky high
