Hi guys I've been having issues all week with this plant and brought EC back to 0.4. Its still really unhappy and leeching nutrients back into rez slowly.

All I see is a ph6 and an EC value, what’s in that feed? Is it just monkey bloom? How are the roots and air stones? Res temp? Although I’m not a DWC grower this information is important for diagnosis. A picture or two of the lower canopy is also helpful as it can show either mobile deficiency or immobile deficiency. I can also see the video on my iPad so I’ll see if I can fix that for you
How old is it, plus all the other info as @monkeydo suggested, and we'll get you straighten out.

So your in DWC, and your 10 days since flip? Is that right? Well more info would help but maybe try this.
So drain and flush your system with fresh PH'ed RO water and Hydroguard. Fill your system and let it run for about 1-2 hrs.
Meanwhile, mix up new nutz, and since I don't know about what you've been feeding, let's make it have an EC of 1.2 or 600PPM on the 500 scale.
To do this I would add 1.5ml silica and 2.5mll cal/mag to achieve a EC of 0.40-0.50. Then add your part A of your mix, and twice as much part B. You'll have to play with your part A+B to see what it takes to get the rest of the way to 1.20 EC. I don't know what nutrients your using.
Example, I use General Hydroponics. I use about 3.5ml of my micro and then always twice as much of the bloom or part two of the flower mix. If the EC isn't high enough I can add more now to bring it up to where I want. Lastly I add Hydroguard to help prevent root rot.
I add an air stone or two to mine and let it bubble for an hour. I check and adjust PH. If the PH has been dropping then I PH the solution high like 6.1-6.2. If things are cool then I bring it back in at the same PH as prior.
I swap out the mixtures and let it sit for an hour or so before checking. (I'm in RDWC)
Now that you have thing straightened out, now you can start moving forward.
First watch and see what's happening, give it 2-4 hrs to be sure thing are getting settled in.
Your PH may be dropping, that good. Is the water dropping also? and what about the EC?
So what we're trying to do is flush and clean things out, bring the EC back in at a lower dose and then slowly bring it back up till the plant stabilizes. So if the PH is now falling then increase the feed, but only add the part A and B.
When you add back to your solution it should always contain Cal/mag (with RO water) and Hydroguard at least. You can lose the cal/mag sometimes if need to but not the Hydroguard. Every Gal/liter that you put in should have it.
Well just stumbling around in the dark hopefully you can get something out of this. Otherwise more typewriter ribbon gone by the wayside.

Sorry HG, its down ot the res temps most likely mate, if the res is hitting 28c, its really gonna fuck with how the plants are eating. How often are you checking the temps in the res mate?
Also, turn the light off for 6 hours a day for the plants t rest, best to have the lights off during the hottest part of the day mate so turn them off at 10am and turn them back on at 4pm, this will help with temps a little too. Its hard to grow in summer mate you get loads of issues, especially in DWC as res temps re hard to maintain.
Ideally, the res should be around 18c, without going over 20c

100% agree...pathogens thrive at this temp too so roots will suffer
I've got some bottles in the freezer now, i check 3-4 times daily when I can. The issues were there long before these hot days though so don't think that's the cause... im starting to think its deficient not excess maybe?
