The damage on the main leaf looks like Thrips, the smaller white speckles on the leaf on the right looks like Spider Mite damage. But it doesn’t look too bad, what stage of flower are you in?

The damage you have mate is very small and growing outdoors, some thrip, mite or caterpillar damage is inevitable. What you have is very limited and you’re close enough to harvest for it not to be a problem. Spider mite are very small and can be tricky to find early on, thrips are a bit bigger and live and breed in the top layers of the soil, again easy to miss at the early stages, especially on an outdoor grow.

I got some of them in my outdoor grow. What's the best way to deal with them?

@bassdude1118 You could let some nematodes loose on them. If I were going to grow outside, I would use them every time. Here is some information. Look into Steinernema feltiae which I believe eat the larvae of thrips and mites in the soil. I used them the one time I had thrips and then preventively for the next few grows and the thrips never came back.

I seem to remember reading somewhere that Diatomaceous Earth is effective for getting rid of Thrips in the soil.
