@echo I'd repot the number one over Christmas and then top it once it's a few days to settle in. Number 2 I would let go for a bit until it's ready to repot then do the same as one.
I normally leave topping until it has at least five or six proper leaf nodes with true leaves. Number one looks at about that point. But I'd get it settled in the new pot before topping.
think the first one should be in a bigger pot but another week perhaps
