Hey mate, Could be a few things, most likely of which would be a calcium/ magnesium deficiency. Possibly a lockout but I'm leaning more towards a cal-mag issue. If you can check the ph of your soil and flush to correct if needs be, if the soil is all within normal range I would be either supplementing some calmag into your feeds or giving a foliar spray of Epsom salts and calcium nitrate, as for the cause if its not a ph issue it is most likely your lights, the higher the intensity of your led's (if your running leds) the more calmag the plant will want, looking at those pictures it looks like you are a touch light on nitrogen as well(this could just be the lighting of the picture) which is what has me thinking possible lockout. One of the soil lads may have a different theory but everytime i have seen this in my coco runs it was either calmag or ph. Good Luck!

@bubblehok ok thanks for that mate I was thinking lockout too as I've had a look at what it could be but wanted others to have a look and see what they thought. I'm adding calmag to the feeds too so I think it is a lockout for sure that's the only one that's affected too and its in a different style pot so I'll try sort it out thanks
