Definitely a bug problem, probably spider mites but possibly thrips. Look carefully on the plant including the underside of the leaves. Spider mites are very small and usually require a magnifying glass to see easily.

Being in flower you don’t want to spray anything on your buds. There are such things as predatory mites but I’ve never used them. They attack the spider mites and not the plants. Other than that I’m hoping some other growers have ideas as I don’t have much experience with them on cannabis, especially in flower.

Sucks one mate. I have had a bad spider mite situation before. Just make sure you have a good ID of potential critters before going hardcore on any sprays or treaments. Consider posting a few closer up pics just to be sure, and include some info on your setup. Are you growing indoors or outdoors? Is there any signs of fine spider like webbing on the leaves? (I think I can see a bit of webbing in your pics) Spider mites hang out on the underside of the leaves, and look like little black to red dots. You can see them crawling around. The yellow spots are from them puncturing and sucking out the leaves juice.

Sadly, once you see the amount of spotting shown in your pictures the infection is pretty much peaking, and you will have a hell of a hard time getting rid of them. There is a couple things you can do indoors to help, such as altering the humidity and lowering the temperature to slow their metabolisim so they don't breed as fast. There is a few sprays around for controlling them, but unfortunatly its not reccomended in flowering - also the tight bud structure makes it difficult to get 100% coverage.

I once defeated a small infestation spraying a lightly diluted mix of RO water and Isopropyl alchohol. The idea being, that the IPA on contact with the mites, rapidly dries and it can suck the water right outa the mites. This dessicates them. Its a very harsh treatment for your plant though, and will oxidise trichomes a bit on contact.

You might be best to start researching what you can extract or make with the bud. Im sure some bug butter won't do any harm Crazy

@greengoblin. It mite for sure I sacrificed a bud at looked at it real close there so bed I actually shook some off onto my table.  I had the 2 plants outside first in 5 gallon buckets.  I purchased a light right when the started flowering. 1 plant was a clone purchased a a dispensary # 2 plant was germinated from a seed of purple cheese not sure if that the strain or not. I moved the clone indoors included in a shower stall with reflective lining. Strange thing is the one I moved indoors got the mites the out door plant did not but it did have little green spiders on it possibly feeding on mites and other intruders.   Im in Oklahome so the temp and humidity the plants love.   Need suggestions on how to precede . Treated both plants with neem today

@jhpoppi Have you checked the trichomes mate? How close it she to harvest? You can wash the buds after harvest to get rid of the bugs left over.

If she is very close to harvest, turn the heat up a fuck load in the tent, go for over 30c. It might make the plant stress, but they are close to the end, but the buds will die in heat like that. Make the environment uncomfortable for them to live in.

If the plant has a few weeks left, you should get some predatory mites, they will eat the spider mites and eggs and that'll get rid of them
