Did some light trimming and a complete water change 2 days ago and started some low stress training. Now noticing lower leaves seem to be drying out and curling downward

What temps is your res mate? Also the humidity is very low, you should be around 55-65% at your stage of growth for best results.
@macky my res is reading 73 degrees. Ok I just turned up the humidifier. It also seems like plant growth has slowed down. Could that be from the stress of pruning and water change and low stress training
@Pollinatedhi, Hey Man what's going on? I'm missing a bunch of info on your grow. It sure would help to have so we can help you.
What kind of hydro set up do you have?
How old are your plants?
What PPM scale are you using, 500 usa - 700 Uk?
Do you have a chiller? if not are you using something like Hydroguard?
How many units (buckets) in your system, is it recirculating?
What is the light distance? What's it's intensity?
So with what I have from above is,
get the RH up to 60% or slightly higher. Use only distilled or RO water in your humidifier or you'll have white dust shit covering things.
Get the temp up to 75-80 degrees. Temps need to be higher with LED's.
Reduce your PPM to 600-650. Like I said before I don't know what PPM scale your using. If you have an EC meter it would be 1.20-1.25.
Have plenty of air movement, but don't blow directly on the plant too much.

@woodi2 hey what’s up buddy. So I have a 5 bucket system but I’m trying airoponics in them. So my misters spray the root 3 min on and 5 min off on a cycle timer. Then then gallon of water in the bottle slowly recirculates to the rev and all buckets have air stones. My plants are 29 days old from seed(5/1/21). I’m using 500 ppm scale. I don’t have a water chiller, I was thinking of putting 3 frozen water bottles in my res twice a day. Now I’m using Extreme gardening mykos wp for my roots. My light is at 22” from the top of the plants and it is at 64-65.
so since then I did a complete water change and lowered my nutrients to 1/3 of what I was putting in. I’ve increased the humidity to the 60 range and added the mykos wp to my water and they are starting to look healthier

So how much water is sitting in the bottom of the buckets? 1 gallon? is this recirculating?
Those are light proof plugs on the lids for extraction?
You have a regular air pump, nothing Huge?
Can you get the temp up to 78-80 or at least more than 70 that I'm seeing in the pic?

Make sure you got good air movement in the tent but DON'T blast the plants, as you already know.

Their is a gallon in the bottom of the buckets that slowly recirculates. This is my first set up. After this harvest then I’ll switch to the 12 gallon tubes with 2” return line and in-line pump to pull the water back to reservoir and waterfall back into it.
and yea they are black rubber plugs I have an a/c unit out side of the tent and still need to move the thermostat from the unit and locate it into the tent so I can have more control of the temp.
The pump I have is so so but realized I need a bigger air pump.
