What is causing this strange, twisted growth?
Could it be too much light?
@superc it happens, my current wedding cake run did that and it didn't effect it in the slightest, sometimes if the seed casing takes too long to pop off it can cause issues that aren't really seen till the leaves open up a bit. In saying that, temps, air movement, nutrients and ph can all cause similar leaf twisting. I wouldn't be too concerned unless it continues through as more nodes appear.
I’ve had similar looking seedlings from an odd nutrient mix messing with the roots a little and as a reaction to the light. Neither time did it slow the plant down for me.

Iv had that happen a few times aswell, I dont know what caused it but it's never been a problem. I just put it down to my temps and RH being all over the place most of the time, it's more anoying than anything else if your wanting pretty plants.lol
I've got that on a couple of the seedlings I've overwatered. After all these years I'm still too heavy handed with the watering can sometimes. They always turn out fine once I let them breathe.
