Hi mate, pH is a little high, should be between 6.5 and 7 really. Also temps are a bit cold, they like it around 26c when lights are on 
Can you give us more info on the grow? Have you fed the plants anything at all?
They look cold mate...where are you measuring temps from ? (area of tent)
