Sick Plant Yellow cruling better pic

can you get a closer pic of that new growth in the center of the above pic? are there any spots on the leaves anywhere? there is a damaged fan leaf lower in the pic, was it just physical damage?

So is this a plant that has been bent over?, and the yellow new growth centered in the picture above is actually a small branch from the middle of the plant? if so did this happen recently just trying to understand what im looking at.

I also see a gnat, not saying they are your issue, but they could become one. Im guilty of this myself, but it does look like its a bit crowded in there and without good airflow you will get microclimates that encourage infestations of little fuckers eating your roots. 

@im_sparky notice here that only the one top is yellow? to me that might indicate a light burn after training, exposing a previously shaded mid level top to intense light without a transition period.  Food for thought. No doubt the plant is angry about some shit right now.

I think your plants look fine mate . I can see one stem that's lighter than the rest to me it looks like new lower growth is growing up towards the light , in a couple of days it should start getting greener . I can't see anything that would concern me. If this is your first grow your doing good
