Anyone every tried this method of curing?
You pretty much let your fresh harvest dry partially and vacuum seal in a freezer bag and open daily for about a week to wipe off moisture on the inside of the bag. This starts the fermentation and some think it increases the potency. After it gets to the ferment level you prefer you let it dry out the rest of the way and it can sit in a jar at that point.
Ive attempted this twice with less than stellar results. It did provide a unique flavor versus the traditional dry and cure. I was most interested in eating it after curing this way.
I found this method a while back on icmag from the user Tangwena.
The same for me, something very scary about trying to ferment my weed when I went to all the effort to keep all pathogens away. I’m fine with a good trim and 4 months cure time for some epic smoke.

@monkeydo yep me too, some of those water cure methods have me curious but I don't want to ruin months of good growing practices, especially when a good long dry and cure is perfect for me.
I feel like a, like a slice of butter... melting on top of a big-ol' pile of flapjacks... yeah.
