She finally arrived and she's all set up and ready for her maiden voyage! Gonna let the glue dry overnight and then fill her up tomorrow after work. Also going to let my seeds soak while I'm at work.

@jbonesgreens, Rinse, rinse, rinse. Water, soap, bleach, rinse, rinse, did I mention rinse. Everything.
@greenbee I have Cannatonic and Harlequin on deck for my first grow.
@woodi2 That's the plan! Going to scrub it down tomorrow, rinse, fill with bleach solution and run it for a bit, drain, fill with fresh, drain, fill with fresh and drain again.
@jbonesgreens, Turn your lids around, the small access is suppose to be in front. That way you can spy on the happenings down under. Are your net pot's zip tied down? You may not want to do that if they are. Do you have a chiller? Did you get this from PA hydro? I'll start with these questions first, then we'll move on to your mothers maiden name etc. But Hey man, it's hydroponics, it's just water. Everybody's got water, right? No problem! 
Due to space constraints, I turned the lids around to keep net pots as close to center of tent as possible. Yes they are zip tied down, they came that way. Unfortunately no chiller, thought about maybe trying to make one out of a water cooler. Yes it's from PA.
This is my first cannabis grow and first time using hydroponics. I'm relying solely on the hours of reading, videos, podcasts and of course the great folks here to get me through this lol.
@jbonesgreens, I get it. I would still turn them around, it vital to be able to see in them easily. The little bit off center won't matter, you'll be cutting out the top of your tent anyway because of the monsters you'll create. But for real, you can try it, but I'll betcha a bud you'll be spinning them babies around. lol On your net pots, how big is the light shade band at the top of your net pots? Some have a nice wide (tall) 1 1/4" shade band that blocks the light from around the perimeter of the net pot when you fill it with hydroton and other are small or short 1/2" or less. This is a big place for light leaks, the wider the band the better. That one speed bump.
Looks like these are the 1/2" ☹️ well shit, I'm learning new shit already. Guess I'll be looking for some different net pots. In my state, we are permitted to "gift" bud, so I'd be happy to share if you were ever here lol
