I've started slow and almost found the sweet spot i think. Today, when i could hardly get out of bed, 🤣 was the day i new id got the dose slightly over last night lol - 2 teaspoonfulls is adequate for a solid nights sleep, 3 teaspoonsfulls means a solid night sleep and may include the next day 🤣 

Thanks team. PS - I used one of they magic butter machines, thing blew my mind. I have pretty much no experience with type of machines but i found it good and would recommend anyone who's considering it to go for it -- also though im sure heaps of other more cost effective methods work just as good so dont let not having a machine stop you giving it a go anyway, im glad i did : ) and i will again

@noxxy it takes time to figure out an ideal dose, but once you do...magic!

I have a Magical Butter Machine, it's great!  You turn it on and walk away 'till it's done.  A little noisy but the LED lights and the ability to do a big batch of an infusion is well worth it!
