It works better out side of the grow room, and have air drawn from there through the intake you see. Always try and put any equipment outside the tent, they take up space, and bring in heat.

Dehums are expensive here too. Make sure your rh where you are pulling air from isn’t high also. You might be raising it by bringing in wet air.
