just checking in to see if anyone had used the HLG uva strips at all?

just got one around mid flower time and looking for any info

@growgreen1 I wish I had the money for those! I've got a bunch of no name brand ones like that supplementing my main light, one day I'll be able to afford those. I bet they work great Thumbs Up

What does everyone think about UV / IR supplementation? I almost ordered a light with both yesterday, but before I throw down the cash, I'd like to hear from community members about the benefits - Risks - UsageTips - warnings - etc

ive tried the HLG 30watt UV bar

seems to help the buds mature but not sure if it increases trikes or terps

Did grow some good medicine though
