The other week I had an alert telling me my humidity was 85% and after checking online and doing some tests I found the relay was sticking and not turning off the humidifier on ocassion.
I assumed I’d have to buy a new one as it was a year old but I thought I’d email customer service and I thought I should post about how good they were.
They replied in less than two hours every time I replied and gave me a test to run. When I gave them the result they said sorry we will replace the unit but as it’s been over 3 months I’d have to pay the postage. So they just sent me an eBay link for £6 and it’s already on its way the day after and due to be delivered next day.
Defiantly make sure you get in touch with customer service if you have any problems with inkbird products.
