For all the outdoor growers in here....and indoor too. How low can the temps be for the plants outside? I've heard crazy shit like has to be 15degrees C at least and I've heard people say at least above 5 or above freezing is ok for a bit....what are your guys lowest temps for the ladies outside?

Got down to 4 feels like 2 degrees and drizzle last night. Shook them before i went to bed and they are good to go today! Its a violator kush clone. I think genetics is the deciding factor in this question
I think moss is right it’s all down to genetics and how the strain has been stress tested. But as a rule of thumb I try not to let my tent get below 15oC. And I’ve started bringing in my tender plants from outside as it’s getting pretty cold of an evening now. You’ll be surprised at what temps a plant can tolerate tho ✌️
If your plan is for one year, plant rice
If your plan is for ten years, plant trees.
If your plan is for one hundred years, educate children.

Genetics and how it has lived its life, its its used to the cold, itll handle it more, if its used to warm temps, itll handle them more, but big fluctuations will be a problem. As long as the frost hasn't hit it, i think youll be ok, just be wary of rot and mould
Ya I'm a check em close tonight. They're getting close to the chop anyways.....but it's supposed to get warmer tommorow I think....keep an eye on her. Shes almost at full potential anyways. I know that now because of you guys!!! Much love????

Its a fine line man, where it become to risky to leave out side, and being ripe enough lol. Just keep looking out for anything doggy, first sign of any problem take it down
For basically this entire week here in SK, it's been down to about -1 or -2 at nights, and only got up to 8 or 9 in the afternoon. I have one lady still out in the yard (she decided to wait until 2 weeks after the other 3 to start flowering for some reason and isn't quite there yet), and while she hasn't grown too much (still chunkin out a little bit tho), she is still alive and kickin'. But yes, I agree with Mitch, Pete, and Macky - genetics are most important, as well whether or not it's acclimatized to the harsh outdoors or not.
I know carrots left out in sub-freezing temps concentrate their sugars and end up tasting way better, so maybe the same happens with cannabis, but with resin. ? ?. Maybe not, but would be sweet.
I have let my hindu kush plants take a couple of frosts, it just adds colour. burns off the fan leaves but didn`t harm the buds.
2 degrees feels like -2 . Was worried but reading @templegrower 's comment i feel a little more comfortable
