I hope to be working from home soon in the same room as my grow tent and I don't have another place for it. They may ask for pictures of the room or to show it on Webcam to show that I have a dedicated private space due to working with sensitive data.
What's a good way to hide it? Just throw a sheet over it? Something else? Say it's a portable closet? Just don't hide it and say I'm growing tomatoes if they ask?

Yeah this one's hard because it's not like a tent looks like anything other than a grow tent.... could always put some packing boxes in front of it, like the long ones standing on their end, and say that it's just files etc in storage or unpacked books. Throw some sheets over it and say it's an old cupboard under it, put up a green screen as suggested or even a projector screen on a tripod. You could always set your desk up to take the photo so the Web cam view points away from the wall the tents on? Someone on here would have to have been in a similar situation I'm sure.

put dust sheet over it. few cardboard box's , say its storage in your spare room that's now your office. DON't use green screen etc as it may look like your definatly hiding something as you can tell if someone is using one or any filters.
play it safe or you could use your job. or say you grow your own micro greens not tomatoes

That sound cool, not really suitable for what he needs, but sound great for standard hiding issues....

That might be my best option. It's only a 2x4, so not too big.
