Questions Growing Auto's and Photos at the same time

bit hard to be exact as you don’t know how long your autos might need to finish … also how big do you want your photos? This affects the length of veg time you’d give em 

roughly speaking you could say an auto might realistically need 70-100 days and you might give photos 7-10 weeks from seed before flip to 12/12 

so if you gave your autos a month headstart they might be done when you wanna flip your photos … 

The space left by the harvested autos would/ could be taken up by the photos after flip during the stretch with some training

I’ve never grown both together myself but a month sounds about right like chillbert said. And to be honest I wouldn’t worry too much on the auto front as they will finish in any light cycle they can. And if they are far enough along I don’t think the autos being in 12/12 for the last week or two will make too much difference. And who knows you might find it’s the best way to finish off an auto. But like I said I haven’t grown the both together. Is a small tent not possible? A 60x60 perhaps, you’ll get 3 autos in that. Or various size pots and solo cups you can have fun with autos in a small tent. My last auto grow I had 7 different strains a 13 litre, 3 litre,1 litre and 4 solo cups hard work but fun. I thought they meant  putting the autos in the veg room 

to run both at the same time in the same tent maybe possible don’t think it’s the best use of the space.

I think you’d get a better yield doing just one not both.

I kwim about one room try go for quick flowering strains some will finish within 45-50 days bog made one that finished at 38 days that after a few runs will get you on your feet.

that said ive not done it just envision it to be a pita. 
still as said I never have tried both in the same tent/closet

@chillbert yes I completely agree about the second tent and is my plan to get 3 × 2 for both veg and drying in the future.  Last time I ran photos I went about 12 weeks after they sprouted before I flipped them into flower. So I plan to do about the same if not a bit longer so that I can train them out . I want to run 4 autos and 4 photos. 

So I've been taking all this input and thinking the process through on how I would go about doing this . Which has lead me to a whole new question concerning light intensity.  If the autos are in flower and the photos are in the seedling stage the light would be way too strong upfront.  Would it be best to shift my light over to one side so that I have an edge or corner of the tent where the light won't be as strong for the seedlings? 

@moist_saltine A lot might depend on which light your using but Iv had seedlings in with flowering plants before, my seedlings were under shit quality amazon lights but I put them under the Aray 4 in my flower room through the day while the light was on just to give them a boost.

I spoke to Shane at Migro first tho, and he told me the distance to have them away from the light, one distance he gave me was with light power turned down a bit and the second distance was with the light at full power, which is what I had it set at and it worked perfect 😉

@moist_saltine light intensity diminishes rapidly with distance from light … your plants canopies will not all be at same distance from light
