Hey guys, over the last mounth really, my illness flared up so ended up in hospital and then getting covid while there so after 3 weeks in hospital I came home today 
and feel as tho I've turned the corner.wanted to post this as obviously been close to invisable on here for the most part and have had one or 2 privert messages from members here to see how I ve been getting on so thought I'd update,
Plus having a look round on the site all new bits look great hopefully evryone s well in theese times stay fresh and will b on more an more as energy returns
