Great question as it’s probably close to the answer of how much hash to use.

@macky aw wow thank you that would be super cool! I think Marge might know a thing or 2 about it for sure! Its a tough question ay the internet tells you loads of different ratios, trial and error is usually what I end up doing which takes me a few shots to be happy with the strength of the product! Nothing worse than making a whole batch of butter and it turning out gutless lol 😆 people who have high tolerance need the pow! Haha 😜 cheers anyway! Appreciate you will put that forward for me. What's the best way to tune into HOG? And what time is it I'm in Australia 🇦🇺 

@monkeydo yes! Well there both super sayan strength on the THC right? 😆 I have tried infusing butter a few times with mixtures of trim and with flower it's so hard to get it right, the pow wow I call it lol aka the potency of the final product. Especially if your tolerance is high 🙃 have you had any experience with infusing? I plan to make cookies and brownies with my kief butter 😀

have you had any experience with infusing?

Lots mate, canna coffee is my morning go to for all those aches and pains and I carry homemade gummies if we are at festivals and such. I’m kinda like you in that I want/need a strong oil for the kick because I’m looking for more medicine with less fats. When using mixed bud and trim I go double strength, 30g flower to about a cup of oil (240ml). 5-6 ml of this infusion controls the pain, gives me a usable buzz without putting me on the sidelines for an hour or two, and lasts most of the work day. Disclaimer!!! This level of intake is not recommended for new users, I calculated the dose once and it’s 75-90mg THC so never start here. My wife and friends like the effect around a 25mg dose. If they took my dose they would probably swear off edibles for quite a while.

I followed my regular recipe once and ended up with crazy strong oil. It felt 2-3 time as strong as usual but no clue why and have never been able to reproduce it with the standard amounts again. It was from the bottom of a jar that we were tired of smoking, just regular stuff and I had used it before too. I think that day all the plants were in a perfect alignment or something and it probably won’t happen again for 1000 years or something.
