After reconditioning it I mix new and used at 50/50 rate and it works great. I rinse out the fines out of the old stuff through a colander after the roots were removed and that helps a lot.

So I actually did exactly this for my northern lights run about a week or so ago. The main thing I will say is that you want to make sure you rinse the coco peat out and ensure that you treat the coco with something to remove any possible bugs left over from the previous run. I usually use Diatomaceous earth to treat the medium prior to planting but on this occasion I was rushing and didn't use any and one of the seedlings paid the price via a fungus gnat attack. Other than that as the others have already said you want to mix in some fresh coco and ensure you re-buffer it all to prime it for the new plants.
