me again with another question and in need of some guidance.
I want to reveg a plant that’s nearly done flowering, it’s a mandarin zskittles and I’ve made a fair few mistakes on my grow but it’s still producing some lovely stuff so would like to see what a tent full of these look like with less mistakes.
Its currently in a 15L pot and my plan was to harvest/cut it back, leave a few small bud sites, then re pot it into a smaller pot, like an 8L fabric one with some fresh soil amended for veg. Does that sound right?
Then I’m giving to someone to look after, will they need a tent or can they just grow it in the open like a house plant with a low watt led and a clip fan near it for some air flow?

I takes about a month on 18/6 after flower before you start to see new veg growth form a reveg plant. As long as you leave some leaves on it, and give it the light it needs, it will reveg, it just takes time. Putting it into a new pot shouldn't be a problem either, just don't take too much of the root ball away.
It is best for it to go into a tent under 18/6, but you don't have to, the plant will just be happier and recover faster with the stronger light.
Personally, I would leave it in the pot its in, and the tent, and reveg it in there. When the new growth comes I would take cuttings from it. Then make a new mom and take cuts from that.

I can’t leave it in the tent it’s in cos I’ve gotta move house soon so need to start packing up. I can leave it in the pot I just thought it was better to downsize, but if not needed I can leave as is.
Ill look into a tent but if I can’t get hold of one is open growing ok for a mother plant? Works for my autos, obviously not as big as they could get with the more intense light but just want to get the mother to the point of taking some clones. Will light disturbance during the 6hrs out affect much? Like a hallway light for eg?
@greentomato No mate, give it 24 hours light if you prefer, that kind of thing only makes a difference when flowering
