Refund for seeds not popping?

@greentomato  yeh frustrating man maybe contact the company you order them from see what they say? its a difficult subject for sure. i've had the odd been here an there that's not popped but its a tough one to call on whats at fault genetics,storage, or growers error etc etc wishing you luck for the next lot of beans you try man !

Most good companies will take care of you if you are unhappy.  Just reach out. 

Would you mind giving us a rundown of your germination process and how ya start the seedlings out?   We may be able to identify an issue and stop it from happening.   

When this kept happening to me, it turned out it was my fault.  I had a fully closed humidity dome over my seedlings.... and it was causing the plant to rot before it could break out of seed pod.    Since I stopped using a dome for seedlings, I have had no issues. Every single seed that broke the ground has grown. 

But, despite that and before I realized that's what the issue was, S.H.N. sent me a brand new pack of seeds since I had issues.   No questions asked.

My house is cold as fuck so at the moment im

germinating in cell pots inside a propagator with a heat mat underneath. Seeds go straight into soil, watered in with ecothrive biosys, dome goes on, leave a little crack in the air vents and it’s got a fluorescent light over the top of the dome.

never had a problem germinating seeds before and normally have a great success rate, but this pack popped 6, 2 came up and 1 was fucked!

@greentomato it could be a variety of things, this is also the main reason I like to use the glass of water and paper towel method as it is easier to check on the progress of the seeds without leaving it up to fate, if I find they are not moving along as expected I can give them a little shove or bin them and not sit and wait to throw another In the glass. However some seeds I have bought in the past from not so reputable sources I have had issues with, but it's really hard to nail down what the cause may be especially if you are putting them straight into the soil without any prior soaking etc. As much as it sucks it may be best to cut your losses and start fresh, if they are a bigger seedbank or a well known seedbank check to see if they have a germination guarantee if they do give them a call and let them know you are struggling to get them to germinate, not all seedbanks will have this option but some do. Full disclosure: I am a new  cannabis grower, but a long-time gardener. What's the temp inside your propagator on your heat mat?  How long since you started them in soil?  You mentioned you place is cols AF. It may be it will just take the others longer to germinate.  Don't throw them out just yet.
