Its been 75 years since Victory in Europe was announced, and the war against the Nazis was over!
5 years of lock down, rationing, bombings, and people being sent to war to die or be changed forever.
Being in lockdown for just 2 months has been shit, Imagine the things these people had to go through on a daily basis. We are lucky to have such an epic generation be around to fight that war so we can be as free as we are now.
Always be grateful for the sacrifice these people made
