Interesting, I’ve never thought about intentionally growing a Willow tree from seed as they are wild around here and grow all over. We just go to the wetlands and dig/cut till your hearts content. If planting in the landscape we get them from the garden center cheaply.

If it were me, I’d try rooting a cutting in my grow tent. Do you have access to roots? I am propagating some mint right now in a tiny corner of my grow space. I get the ganja, my partner gets the mint

I have a few planted around the place I can take cuttings from, I took some cuttings off random blocks of firewood and surprisingly or maybe not so surprisingly as it is willow they seem to be doing fine, just wanted to get your thoughts on tent vs outside or even polytunnel propagation as I am an idiot =D
@shitin-a-bucket what hemisphere are you in? If in the Northern, then I bet a tent would give you a good start. If in the Southern, then the weather outside would be warm enough to keep outside.

My neighbor had a big willow in his front yard. It plugged my sewer line for years. He removed it because it was in bad shape. I stopped calling Rotorooter. That tree cost me thousands.
