First time grower - Autoflowing seeds, grown in soil, in propagator from germination in natural light and looking healthy with the first two 'proper' leaves growing well.
Put them in the grow tent, 600w LED light, for the first time last night and I think I've burnt them, the canna leaves have gone yellow. I've given them a water and placed back in the propagator for now.
The lamp was approx 10" above, as per a guide I've read with a very low extractor setting.
Any help appreciated - Is there an Autoflower specific guide? Or does anyone have a link?

I would be suspicious of this number. It would have to be an extremely gentle dimmed led to have a seedling that close mate. Most leds I’m used to using/seeing recommend the light to be 20-28 inches for seedling depending on the power. What is the make and model of the light. Most manufacturers publish PAR maps that can help you determine what height you should be at each phase of plant life.

What is a good PAR for cannabis seedlings? Been wondering this myself recently. Thanks in advance.

For seedlings I go 250-300 PAR. Here’s a chart that works pretty good for me.
Based on the par maps you posted I’d put that light at 24 inches above the young seedlings. If they start to stretch excessively towards the light lower it to 20 inches. Let your seedlings stabilize a bit then give them another shot with the light at 24” above.
We’ve all done these things before brother. It’s just a learning process we all go through. You got this and Percy’s is with you.

@wizwaz hey , do you have a lux or a par meter , so you can see how strong the light is at that same distance , that that plants where under 👍 this is an app I use to measure my lights 🙂
