@danizeap Bit to soon to know the sex mate, gonna be at least a month before we have any signs of that.
But it looks like the soil is too strong and the plant is suffering because of that... what soil is it?

So a month in or so you can know the sex of the plant, ok cool.
This one is planted in that soil mix I bought before my 70/30 coco perlite,
It has: 40% worm humus substrate, 15% perlite, 20% coco coir, 25% sphagnum moss.

Yer might be a bit strong for her mate. Just dont add any food, dont over water, and give her some time, she should recover. Make sure the light she is under isn't too intense too 
She wont like bright light as this stage

@danizeap the next time you water you can water enough to get some significant runoff and flush out some of the nutrients out of the soil. It’s like overwatering just once to flush out the soil a bit. That will allow the young roots to grow better/faster and give you a stronger plant. When it grows a little it will be easier for it to feed in the rich soil. Just be sure to let the soil dry some between waterings. I’m not saying over water the plant, you just want some good runoff next time you water then let it dry out before watering normally next time.
